INTERNAL FACTOR EVALUATION MATRIX (IFE)
The internal factor evaluation matrix summarizes and evaluates the major strengths and weaknesses in the functional areas of a business, which also provides a basis for identifying and evaluating its relationships.
With the results from this matrix, it can be concluded that Doggy Buddy is just some points above the average weighted score which is 2.5. This means that the organizations is neather weak nor strong internally, but within some time if the organization improves and start to grow more it will get better.
